OUR MARTIAL ARTS CAMPS ARE BACK!!!!! We are proud to announce that we will be hosting three Martial Art Camps this year for both MAI Members and NON Members. That’s right, if you aren’t a member you can try out these camps, just to have fun while learning different aspects of the Martial Arts. The first camp is kickboxing, where we have fun while getting fit and learning the most basic but effective striking techniques.
